THE COMPASSIONATE

The term Rahmaan comes from the Arabic word Rah'mah. Rah'mah means tenderness which makes one to show kindness to others. Thus, Ar-Rahmaan means that Allah has much mercy and love for His creation. He gives blessings and prosperity to all beings.
